Easter 2023: Father into your hands I commit my spirit
As Jesus was dying he committed his soul back into the hands of the Lord. He knew that from the Lord he came, for the Lord he lived and to the Lord he was returning. How can we also learn from him to come to this point of knowing that we are the Lord’s and to him we return?

Trust in the Lord and entrust yourself to him
Isaiah 26:3
You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you.
One thing that makes God reliable is that He is faithful and He never changes. If He made promises in the past and watched over each one of them until they came to pass, we can still trust in his word today. He is the same God who fulfilled his promises in the past, the same God is delivering his promises now and He will see to it that every word He has said will come to pass in future. He is reliable and those who trust in him find peace.
“When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.” Isaiah 43:2 NIV
No matter what kind of difficulty you going through, God will always be with you
Lord thank you for always being there with us, help us to fully trust you and entrust our lives to you.
