Growing as a disciple
The life of a disciple has to show growth and one way we see this is in the way one relates with the Lord. In this series, we look at three things that help us assess our progress as we walk with the Lord.

The Life in Christ
1 Corinthians 2:2 2 For I resolved to know nothing while I was with you except Jesus Christ and him crucified.
Christ is the author and finisher of our faith. In Him, all things including our lives hold together. In his letter, Paul reminds us of the importance of having our lives centered on Christ. Everything we do should show the world that we know the Lord and follow him as his disciples. It's a decision we must make and a commitment to keep. As we live in a world full of evil, commitment to Christ will keep us shining as children of the light.
Prayer
Lord, we ask that you help us by your spirit to be faithful to our relationship with you.
